Why We Exist…

I didn’t learn about the foster care-to-prison pipeline from books—I lived it.

I know what it feels like to be separated from your siblings. To watch your family fracture under the weight of poverty, addiction, incarceration, and a system that never asked what we needed—only what was easiest for them. I’ve been the child left behind. I’ve been the parent fighting to reconnect. And I’ve walked the road back to restoration, step by step, scar by scar.

Generation Grace Foundation was born from that journey.

This isn’t charity—it’s redemption work. It's about creating what I wish had existed for me and my brothers: a place where our bond would have been protected, where someone would have fought to keep us together, where love and healing could have grown in the cracks the system left behind.

Now, we stand for every child who’s been dismissed, every sibling group that’s been split apart, every parent who’s trying to stay connected through steel and silence. We advocate. We support. We build bridges where there used to be barriers.

And we’re just getting started.

Generation Grace is more than an organization.

It’s a reckoning.
A movement rooted in lived experience.
A legacy built from what they tried to break
